These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kleonfintech.com (the “Site”), operated by Kleon Financial Technologies (“Kleon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship with Kleon or any of its affiliates. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Kleon regarding the Site.
